Conditions of Participation - Lottery

Organizer of the lottery:

The lottery is organized by SPLENDID RESEARCH GmbH

Participation is free of charge:

The lottery takes place monthly and the participation in the lottery is free of charge. The Participation and chances of winning are independent of the purchase of goods and services. By participating in the lottery, the participant automatically accepts these conditions of participation.

Eligibility to participate:

Anyone over the age of 18, who is registered at MOBROG and has activated at least one ticket in due time is eligible to participate.

Period of participation:

The lottery starts on the first day of each month at 00:00 Central European Time (CET/CEST) and ends on the last day of the respective month at 23:59 (CET/CEST). All tickets that were activated during the lottery period will take part in the lottery. Only tickets from the current lottery month can be activated. Tickets from previous months cannot be activated.

How can I participate in the lottery?

For each unsuccessful survey at MOBROG you will receive one lottery participation token for free. At the last day of each month, two winners will be drawn, who will each receive a prize of 100 €. To participate in the contest, you only have to activate the collected tickets at MOBROG by selecting the tickets on the contest page and activating them by clicking on the participate button.

Determining the winners:

The drawing of the winners will take place within 72 hours after the end of the contest. The winners will be determined randomly. Therefore, all activated tickets have the same chance to be selected.

Notification of the winners:

The winning lottery ticket numbers will be announced on the MOBROG lottery page within 72 hours. Moreover, the winners will be notified by e-mail.

Prize:

The winners will each receive a digital Amazon voucher worth 100 €. The winners will receive the voucher by e-mail. After receiving the prize they can redeem the voucher on Amazon. Alternatively, it is possible to transfer the prize, worth 100 €, as a credit to the winners' MOBROG account. The winners then have the possibility to pay out their prize via PayPal or Skrill. There will be no cash payout of the prize.

Termination of the lottery:

The organizer is entitled to cancel or terminate the lottery at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. This option will be used in particular in case of technical complications as well as in case a proper execution of the lottery cannot be guaranteed for legal reasons.

Data Protection:

The participant is not required to provide any further data for the participation in the lottery. All relevant data is already collected when registering at MOBROG. The personal data will be treated confidentially within the terms of the DSGVO. In general, the data protection regulations of MOBROG apply.

Severability clause:

Should any condition of these Terms of Participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of these Terms of Participation shall not be affected in all other respects. In place of the invalid condition, the legally admissible condition which comes closest to the meaning and purpose expressed in the invalid condition in economic terms shall apply. The same applies in the case of a loophole in these conditions of participation.

Final conditions:

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Legal action is excluded.
